Shipping Information:

Items are shipped by FedEx Ground 2 weeks after purchase. ORDERS PLACED AFTER December 4 / 2009 ARE NOT GUARANTEED TO BE DELIVERED BEFORE CHRISTMAS. We always contact customer and send tracking number after an item is shipped.

Flat rate shipping fee within 48 continental US states:

2 chairs $50 (save on shipping!!)

3 chairs $85

4 chairs $100

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

If you would like to return any item, you may return it within 30 days of placing your order, given that it is in new condition and is in its original packaging. Customers will be responsible for return shipment. (shipping fees are not eligible for refund.) Orders canceled prior to shipment will receive full credit. Personalized chairs cannot be returned. We recommend that you use a trackable method to send your items back to us, as we are not responsible for items that are lost in transit back to us.
